Thread the needle
Primarily targets stretching the outer hip, and to top it off this stretch feels fantastic. We stress the outer hip with our knee shields, scissor sweeps and so much more, as a result it can become really tight. Make sure to try this stretch!
Lizard lunge
Doing this pose regularly improves hip flexibility and strengthens the leg muscles. Excellent stretching posture for the hip flexors, hamstrings and quadriceps.
